A true CFHR OG, Judithe has been part of our community for 15 years. She is consistently a member of Committed Club, shows up on time, is always open to feed back, and a great example of what CrossFitting looks like for the long run. Congratulations Judithe! You’re a great example of training for life!
How long have you been at CFHR?
I’ve been doing Crossfit for 15 years at CFHR.
What makes you stay … For CrossFit? At CFHR?
Guidance from the coaches. Everything from how to anchor movements to customized advice. They seem to know what I can and cannot do.
What CF goal are you currently working towards? Personal goal?
I continue to work on rowing.
Funniest/Best memory at CFHR?
One of my best memories is of Sheetal and I carrying a log down the road. A really big log! It was ridiculous.
Proudest Crossfit moment?
My proudest moment was completing a scaled bar muscle up while standing on a box. It was years ago and I still remember how frightened I was. I got it on the first try.
Favorite WOD or movement?
Snatches are my favorite Crossfit movement.
What do you like to do outside of CF?
I play the violin.
What impact has Crossfit had on you outside the gym?
There are no mirrors at CFHR. It is a good message. Pay attention to the way you are moving. I try to do the same outside of CFHR.
What advice you would offer to a new Crossfitter?
My best advice – Listen to the coaches.
