Member Policies
- Please sign up for classes on PushPress! This helps us know who’s coming to class, and ensures that we provide the best service by keeping classes at the right ratio of athletes to coaches.
- Classes at CrossFit Hampton Roads have a maximum size of 15 athletes. You will not be able to join a class if it is full.
- Walk-ins without signing up, or walk-ins off the waitlist, will be allowed only if the class size allows, and at the coach’s ultimate discretion.
Training Cancellation Policies
Cancellation policy for TakeOffs and Personal Training:
- You must inform CrossFit Hampton Roads of cancellation 12 hours before class start.
- Must be done via email to lindsay@crossfit-hr.com or text to (757) 267-9890
- If notice is not given, or given less than 12 hours notice, you will incur a $30 cancellation fee.

- If you late cancel or do not show up to a Personal Training session, you will incur a $30 cancellation fee and will also forfeit that personal training session.
Membership Cancellation and Hold Policies
- If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
- If you are traveling or injured and would like to put your membership on hold instead of cancelling, you can submit a membership hold request.
- If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 14-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 14-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Cancellation of membership prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period requires a 14 day notice prior to billing date cancelation of membership prior to expiration of a specified commitment period requires a termination fee equivalent to the balance owed for your time with an active membership I.E. If the difference between a 6 month agreement and month to month agreement is $15 and the 6 month agreement is terminated early, the balance for all active months is owed upon cancelation.
- All memberships automatically renew on the expiration date of the prior period unless you notify CrossFit Hampton Roads in writing 14 days be before the expiration date of the prior period.
- As stated in your membership agreement, you have the right to place your membership on hold for up to 12 weeks out of the year in 1/2/3 month increments. Membership hold requests must be submitted (7) seven days before your forthcoming renewal date. Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment. If you decided to cancel your membership during your hold, as stated in your membership agreement there is a 30 day notice of cancellation.
- You may not cancel your membership while your membership is on hold. Once your hold has expired, you may cancel your membership if you choose. If you would like to cancel your membership instead of placing it on hold, you may do so via the Cancellation page on our website, linked at the bottom of this page. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is canceled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
- Membership holds can only be applied to future dates. Any back-dated holds are against our membership policies. We cannot accept submissions for membership holds with start dates that fall before the submission date of this form.
