CrossFit
Our group classes are great for being healthy and fit for everyday life. Individuals in our group program thrive on the energy, support, and camaraderie of the group. We keep class sizes small enough to provide lots of individual coaching attention, so our members get the best of both worlds.
CrossFit Teens
Our teens class is a strength and conditioning program designed for both athletes and non-athletes ranging from ages 13-18. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as to establish a lifetime love of fitness.
Crossfit Kids
Your child will learn the basics of body control and team work. It’s an exciting way for kids to learn healthy habits in a way that keeps them interested and motivated. Kids work in small groups to ensure each movement is done safely and effectively.
