Travel WODs

We know it can be hard to work out while traveling. We hope these Workout Of the Day (WOD) plans will help you stay on track while you’re out of town. Even a simple workout will keep you moving and feeling good. In the first group, you’ll find WODs that require no equipment, and on the second you’ll find WODs with minimal equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, jump rope).
