How long have you been doing CrossFit? -3 months!

How long have you been at CFHR? -Since September 2022

How did you start Crossfitting? -My friend Lindsey convinced me to join her during friends and family week during a Labor Day get-together, and the rest is history!

What makes you stay …  For CrossFit? At CFHR? I love the coaches, the new challenge every day, and meeting so many new people!

What do you enjoy most about Crossfit? – I’m trying so many new movements I never tried or never had the courage to try! 

What have you learned since joining CFHR? -I am stronger than I think!

What’s your proudest Crossfit moment?

– Getting my first double under last week, especially as a person who always struggled to do regular jump rope

What goal are you currently working towards? -Doing a strict pull up

When you’re not crossfitting, what do you like to do? -Play with my dogs and ride horses

Favorite WOD or movement? I loved the “Thanksgiving with the Girls” WOD! 

What’s one piece of advice you would offer to a new crossfitter? Try everything, and ask when you are unsure!
