What You Need to Know
If you are attending Friday Night Lights please sign up for your heat on your PushPress App.
Once you’ve reserved your heat – make sure you arrive at 5pm to hear the athlete brief and give yourself enough time to warm up. Coaches will be organizing heats and judges, you are in charge of your own warm up. Here is a good one:

10 PVC pass-throughs
5 med-ball ground-to-overheads
5 med-ball thrusters (reach for the lockout)
5 false-grip ring rows
5 low ring muscle-up transitions
5 toes-to-bars
5 wall-ball shots
3 empty bar cleans

Wear your team colors – BYOB – We are providing hot dogs, hamburgers and a salad. If you want to bring anything to share – you know we won’t say no to food!!
We will be playing darts after the last heat, while we all eat dinner. We’d love for you to stay and cheer on some friendly non-Crossfit competition.

All scores are due by Tuesday at 6pm. No exceptions!! If you are a games.crossfit.com athlete, Lindsay MUST have your score sheet by Monday night to verify all scores.
If you are going to redo 23.1 after Friday, you are responsible for securing your own judge.
