I have been training here for the last six months now and I can safely say I wouldn't train anywhere else. The gym is filled with a solid group of people all helping each other to push forward and amazing coaches. I started here to improve my fitness on my mountain bike and it has been a tremendous help, especially with the approaching winter season I'll now be able to maintain and gain fitness. The coaches have been a huge help with getting my form back on point since it's been 7 years since I've done this type of training. I really couldn't recommend a better place to train.

The coaches at CrossFit Hampton Roads are fantastic! They take the time to get to know every member and will work with you to ensure you get the most out of every workout. If you're new to CrossFit and nervous about starting, just know that every movement is adaptable and safety is their top concern. The coaching staff and members of CrossFit Hampton Roads are welcoming, encouraging, and push you to do your best. It's a great gym and I highly recommend it!
